Who can participate?  

 

It’s super easy! Anyone who has the legal right to rent out their property (with proper documentation) can list on our platform. Just fill out our Google form with your property details, and one of our local island managers will verify the location and get you listed!

 

 What do you get for just C$200 a month? 
 

Here’s the breakdown: 
 

A Google Map Pin x 4 for your rental property that shows up on our main map for Ometepe.  

 

The option to add up to 1 video & 9 photos and a detailed description of your property, including amenities, pricing, and more.  

 

A rotating banner ad x 7 for your property at the top of relevant pages, linked to your website ordirect WhatsApp number.  

 

Your rental property also gets listed on our Facebook pages for additional exposure.  

 

 Working with a Realtor or Property Manager?
 

No problem! Just provide us with their contact info, and we’ll direct all leads to them.

 

 Multiple Properties? 
 

You can list as many properties as you like, but each will need to pay the C$200 monthly fee. This fee helps cover our costs and keeps the platform running smoothly for everyone—realtors and private owners alike.

 

 No Commissions, Ever! 
 

We charge a flat fee of C$200 per month, and that’s it. No extra fees or hidden charges. Just one low price to get your property in front of the right audience.
